By day Ann Grech lives in the corporate world and can be found sitting behind a desk typing away at reports and papers or lecturing to a room full of students. She graduated with a PhD in 2016 and is now an over-qualified nerd. Glasses, briefcase, high heels and a pencil skirt, she’s got the librarian look nailed too. If only they knew! She swears like a sailor, so that’s got to be a hint. The other one was “the look” from her tattoo artist when she told him that she wanted her kids initials “B” and “J” tattooed on her foot. It took a second to register that it might be a bad idea.
She’s never entirely fit in and loves escaping into a book—whether it’s reading or writing one. But she’s found her tribe now and loves her MM book world family. She dislikes cooking, but loves eating, can’t figure out technology, but is addicted to it, and her guilty pleasure is Byron Bay Cookies. Oh and shoes. And lingerie. And maybe handbags too. Well, if we’re being honest, we’d probably have to add her library too given the state of her credit card every month (what can she say, she’s a bookworm at heart)!
She also publishes her raunchier short stories under her pen name, Olive Hiscock.

Ann Grech continues to bring us more poly-amorous relationships in all of it's varied glory.
Each book introduces a different set of people with their fears, difficulties, prejudices and knock backs.
In book 3 of her Rule Of Three series we meet Cassidy, Jacob and Phoenix.

Cassidy is one sexy, sassy, spitfire of a woman. She is really highly strung as she navigates the world of commercial real estate, vying for clients that want the best, and she aims to be the best there is in Sidney.

Jacob is also in the same game as Cassidy, he works for a rival company, but not only is a he beautiful man he is also a kind and reserved man, yet he manages to piss off Cassidy all the time. They are like two magnets one minute pushing each other and the next unable to stop the attraction. Oh dear lord, the chemistry these two radiate.
Talk about deadly rivalry...

Once Cassidy and Jacob give in to their feelings Cassidy tells him that she has always desired to be in a relationship with 2 men. Can Jacob accept that ? Can he see himself sharing her and himself with another man? Coming from an abusive family he isn't as strong and confident as Cassy, he wants to give her everything, but how will he cope with this?

This is where the story really gets going, meeting Phoenix, falling for Phoenix and then losing Phoenix. The plot gets darker and darker, so many twists and turns and heartbreaking moments force this trio to evaluate their whole lives.

I love the level of angst I always get from this author as well as the seriously delicious intimate times. There is nothing simple in this story development, and I know by the end my heart and my mind will be very satisfied. As it alway is.
Cassidy, Jacob and Phoenix really have to battle so much hatred and prejudice, but when they find their way back to each other it truly is the sweetest and hottest thing ever. I loved it.

I actually sqeeled when Phoenix made a visit to Pearce Station from the Outback Treasure stories too.

RTC but i’ve been reading a lot of MMF books lately and this one is probably my favourite of those. Everything about this book just really appealed to me and it all just worked for me. This book was so emotional to me, but also so so romantic and I just adored it.

I'm about 20% into writing Cassidy, Jacob and Phoenix's story and the words are flowing beautifully. Here's a little tease for you (unedited of course, and subject to change).

Denyer wrapped his arm around her and walked her backward until shadows fell across them. They were in the corner of the room, out of the way and in the dark. He pressed her into the hard wall with his hips and the bulge he sported had her body firing. His heat burned into her, but Cassidy wasn’t going to allow herself to be manhandled like that. She pressed her hands against his chest, readying to push him away. But he leaned in close, his lips brushing her ear when he spoke. “I want everything. But I don’t want to take anything. I want you, Cassidy and I want you to want me just as much.”
Her chest heaved with the sharp intake of breath. She balled her hand into a fist and beat that perfect rounded pec as hard as she could—which given she could get no purchase, was barely a tap. He was ridiculous, so damn sexy and gorgeous. Perfect in every way except for the ugliness between them. There was a yawning gap in the spot where her confidence used to be. Where her ability to trust once resided. This world that she’d immersed herself into so willingly seemed to be readying to chew her up and spit her out. Was it all another ruse to trick Cassidy into falling for Jacob so she would give him another leg up? She grimaced and let her fist fall against his chest again. “No. I hate you.”
“Tell me to leave then. Tell me to walk away and never get in contact with you again. Tell me you don’t want me like I want you.” Denyer’s words were raw, the anguish in his voice clear even with the pounding music reverberating through her.
“You want to fuck me as well as fuck my career up?” she sneered.
“Cassidy,” he breathed, his lips trailing a line of soft kisses along her throat. Instinctively she tilted her head giving him more room. Her eyes fluttered closed. So good. He kept his touch light, barely there caresses sending licks of fire along her spine. Her head screamed to push him away, but her body pressed closer. She pounded her fist against his chest again before he pinned her hands above her head, his fingers entwining with hers and holding her fast.

I feel all squishy inside after reading this story—mind you, there were a few times when I was so irate with certain characters and the despicable actions they took that I thought steam would come out of my ears. Such is the quality of writing by this author, Ms Grech hooks you into her fabulous storyline, reels you in with lots of unpredictable drama and an incredible whirlwind of emotions, then quietly you end up landing on your feet with this wonderful euphoria.

Cassie, Jake and Phoenix are the three main characters; all so different, yet so in tune it’s amazing. What a hard concept, for a couple to find their third in a polyamorous relationship! This is explored so well, the positives and negatives and everything in between. I have to say, these three characters are some of my absolute favourites because they felt so real, I literally wanted to step into the story and help them when they needed it. I loved that other characters cameoed in the story too, and being back on Pearce Station reading things from a different perspective was so much fun. If you haven’t read the Outback Treasure duet and The Three of Us then you should.

Now, I have to wait as patiently as possible for Adelaide’s story but I can tell it’s going to be terrific because she is a fantastic character.

What a great read this was, a story filled with humor as well as intrigue and drama amped up to the nth degree. Cassidy, Jacob, and Pheonix are three parts of a whole, but can they find their way through the daily grind of life in high-powered professional careers or will they betorn apart by forces none of them could anticipate. A great story about life in a polyamorous relationship and the pitfalls that can befall those who dare to tread a path most cannot understand

I really liked this story. Apparently for some, one person doesn't completely make you whole. Sometimes that couple needs another. It was an interesting look on how a committed thruple works. I liked seeing how some approved and how some didn't. About how life can go when it's not considered "normal" behavior. I loved that there was an HEA when the journey was anything but smooth. I also loved that they all found their group of friends who were similar and supportive.

What an absolute treat this book was... I'm a big fan of Ann's writing, her stories are always so charged with emotions whether it be love, hate, passion or sadness but with an underlying theme of acceptance of relationships of all kinds. Threepeat was no different, Cassidy, Phoenix and Jacob were three separate individuals drawn explicitly to each other in a way that can only be described as beautiful. Their attraction was instant, the connection between all three and individually was so intense to read, but as with all relationships this one as well had it's complications. This is a must read book for anyone who loves the unconventional and even those who are on the fence, do not pass this beautiful book by!! I can't recommend this series or this book highly enough.

Love, pain, desire, heat ... Ann Grech's best

Ann Grech, I think it's time for you to stand up, take a bow, and accept all the praise you receive for this wonderfully beautiful and heartbreaking story.

THREEPEAT is yet another of Anne's magnificent love stories included in her Rule Of Three series. The series that has so far given us some superb throuples who have had to fight through prejudice and fear, grown through strength and understanding, and who have loved unconditionally. The journey that Ann has her characters experiencing is not an easy one. There is a lot of heartache, self-discovery, tears, laughter, separation, anxiety, but mostly there is love.

Cassidy Phillips and Jacob Denyer, two opposites working in the field of commercial real estate for opposing firms. She's a researcher, an enterprising person, determined, feisty, sexy, and a woman who knows what she wants and works hard to get it. He's as thinker, reserved in many ways, a man wanting to be out of his father's shadow, a kind man who only wishes the best for others. There is no love lost between Cassie and Jake, yet their undeniable chemistry and attraction keeps pulling them together. Finally giving in to their emotions and desires changes everything, however something ... Someone is missing. Cassie is polyamorous and expresses her desire to Jake that she would love to be in a relationship with two men. He in return expresses his own wishes. Will they be able to find a third, a man to join their relationship and bring a sense of completeness to their lives?

A coffee shop. A stunningly handsome barista. Two people desperately wanting him in their lives. Phoenix. A man who was about to change the dynamics for Cassie and Jake. A night spent together has the three falling fast and hard. Life was bliss, or so they thought. Tragedy strikes, hearts are shattered, lives are turned upside down and need to be rebuilt. Emotions have become confused, messed up, and numb. Cassie, Jake, and Phoenix must now face a future of uncertainty and pain, but will fate intervene yet again, or will fate tear them further apart?

As usual Ann had every one of my emotions riding the proverbial rollercoaster. The spitfire Cassie and the laidback Jake, wow what a delicious combination. The animosity that rolled out of Cassie, toward Jake in the beginning, I could feel every ounce of it oozing from her. The pleasure, desire, and love that was built between them, were so beautifully described by Ann's words. The joy and elation of finding Phoenix, and then the pain and desolation of losing him, had tears flowing for both occurrences. Ann knows how to chip away at her reader's heart to enable her characters to find their own little place of warmth and security within.

I must admit being back at Pearce Station with Scotty and Pete brought a huge smile to my face. Catching up with the entire family and seeing nothing changes in the Outback was fun. Then there was Connor, Katy, Levi, Mike, Robyn, Ezio, even Reef and Ford made an appearance, it was as if a family reunion had taken place. All these friends guiding, supporting, and loving each other just made my heart sing.

Next up is Adelaide's story, Third Time's A Charm, and if Adelaide's character is anything to go by, it's one that I won't be missing.

THREEPEAT: love, pain, desire, heat ... Ann at her best

*Check for potential triggers before reading*

This was my first Ann Grech read and I appreciated the story that she told about Cassie, Jacob, and Phoenix. If you're looking for a sexually fluid ménage romance with emotionally available men, this is one for you! I thought Ann did a great job of creating two men who are in tune with their emotions and not afraid to feel them. Both of them weren't afraid to cry and share how they felt, which is something we need more of in the real world. She paired them up with an equally emotionally available women and created a really sweet triad.

I have to commend Ann for how she represents the spectrum of LGBTQIA+ identities in this book. She did an amazing job of representing polyamory, pansexuality, and bisexuality. I love how normalized the various relationships were throughout this book because that's how they should always be viewed. I really enjoyed seeing pansexuality represented because I haven't read many books where it's clearly stated a character is pansexual. I really was in awe of how well she represented so many different identities.

This would have been rated higher for me if a few things were different. The biggest thing I struggled with was the pacing of the story. It felt slow in the beginning, then fast in the middle, and then slowed down again. Additionally, it felt like it lacked some action. There was a lot of reading characters thoughts and not a ton of dialogue. When there was action, i.e. Jacob's dad, it was left unresolved. I was really expecting for us to revisit that and for the triad to take him down, but that never happened. I would've liked to see that.

Overall, I liked the book and the LGBTQIA+ representation was incredible. I didn't connect with this book like I was hoping to, but that happens sometimes. I definitely think Ann wrote some interesting characters and told a sweet story. I am curious about the next one and want to see Adelaide with her partners.

Thank you to Ann Grech and Foreword PR for the opportunity to voluntarily review a complimentary copy of this book!

When I agreed to receive “Threepeat” as an ARC, I did not realize it was an M/F/M type of story. I thought it was a M/M/M story. I started reading and kept wondering why Cassie seems to be one of the MC. I quickly read the synopsis and realized that it was a M/F/M story. But I got to tell you this…it was an awesome and steamy story! I didn’t think that a M/F/M story would be that good. I can appreciate Ms. Grech’s style! I would not mind reading another M/F/M story at all! I’m a converter now!!! Thank you Ms. Grech!
This story opens with Cassie battling Jacob for clients. It seems like Jacob was a step ahead of Cassie and would steal her clients. Cassie and Jacob are real estate agents for their competitions respectively. However, one weak moment had Cassie making out with Jacob and the rest is history. They couldn’t get enough. The only problem is Cassie is a poly and couldn’t be with just one guy. Jacob was drawn to Cassie and he happened to be “bi”. One day Jacob stopped at a coffee house and he fell heads over heel for Phoenix, the stud who was taking his order. Because Jacob was rendered speechless by Phoenix’s handsomeness, he couldn’t come up with what he would’ve typically ordered. Instead, he would order whatever drink the person in front of him had ordered which was nasty! Unfortunately, whenever Jacob stopped by the coffee house, Phoenix would remember that particular order.
Throw in Jacob, Cassie, and Phoenix in the mix makes a very steamy and hot story worth reading! Take it from a gay male reader like me who thoroughly enjoyed reading the story. I’d encourage you to read this delicious but yet a roller coaster ride type of story!

She did it again. An other fabulous story from Ann Grech. I love 💕 her books 🤩📚 and read them all. If you are looking for a heart melting, heart wrenching story with unexpected twists and funny moments and a happily ever after, you have to read this book.
I loved that Phoenix finally got his own story. Cassie and Jake fit him perfectly. I also liked that we meet many characters from other stories of Ms Grech, especially Connor, Katy and Levi from Three Hearts.
Now I have to wait for Adelaide's story. September can't come fast enough 😉

This book combines a lot of excellent elements: interesting, well-developed characters, seriously sparking chemistry, and plenty of emotion and drama. Cassidy, Jacob, and Phoenix are all so engaging that you want, desperately, for things to work out for them— especially when the odds don’t seem to be in their favor. If you like polyamorous romance stories, this book is for you.

Book 3 from the Rule of Three Series and it was an awesome read. This is Cassidy, Jacob and Phoenix's story. It was beautifully written, full of chemistry and had a storyline that made me want to cheer for these characters.

I loved their immediate connection, their drama and turmoil and their ability to survive. Confession: I shed more than one lot of tears for these characters. They do experience gut retching heartbreak but there is a HEA waiting for them.

I love this story! These 3 are so real. Their story flows beautifully from page 1. I love the way some characters from previous books make an appearance in this book. It was hard to say good bye to them so it was lovely to see them back as part of this amazing story. I can’t wait for the next book in this series!! Bring it on Ann ❤️

Lovely story. I thought that the characters felt so real. The chemistry between them was spicy and I loved the author's writing about Cassie, Phoenix and Jacob. A little bit of drama made this romance feel realistic and not at all fake. Ann truly knows how to write a great poly relationship.
I received this as an arc and freely left this review.

Emotional read!

I really enjoyed this book, it was such an emotional story, sweet, romantic and a bit heart breaking in places. Caddie is attracted to Jake even though she should hate him for taking business away from her, but their attraction is magnetic and then Jake meets Phoenix and things become tricky!
